1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISO Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AISO Studio is an AI-powered content optimization and website auditing platform for marketing agencies. The Service includes:

Content auditing and scoring across 7 dimensions (AISO Score)
AI-powered content generation, rewriting, and optimization
WCAG accessibility auditing and remediation reporting
Lead discovery and prospecting tools
Agency-branded PDF report generation
WordPress publishing integration
AI visibility and search optimization analysis

3. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication are managed through Clerk, a third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

AISO Studio offers subscription plans at the following tiers: Pro ($99/month), Studio ($249/month), and Agency ($599/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Content Rights and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have permission to process any content you submit to the Service
You have the right to modify and republish any content you optimize through the Service
You will not use the Service to process content you do not have rights to modify

AISO Studio does not verify ownership of content submitted for auditing or optimization. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to all content you process. The Service is intended for agencies working with their own clients' content under appropriate authorization.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to process content you do not have rights to modify
Plagiarize or republish others' content without permission
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AISO Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate, analyze, and optimize content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
The fact-checking feature provides guidance and analysis, not guarantees of accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
AISO Studio is not liable for inaccuracies in generated or optimized content
Scoring and analysis results are advisory and should not be treated as definitive assessments

8. Data Storage and Retention

We store your content, audit results, generated articles, and account data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver its functionality. These include authentication services, payment processing, AI model providers, database hosting, and web hosting infrastructure. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AISO Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISO Studio, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement for content you process, violations of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
